Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan runs 5 campaigns a year with no card on file, you only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade.
How does the free allowance work?
5 campaigns roll on a 12-month window from when you actually use them, not a 1 January reset, so a campaign run in October doesn't cost you a fresh year's allowance in January.
When do I get the AI report?
It's generated once when a campaign closes, not regenerated on every view, so the numbers behind it stay exactly what was collected.
Do respondents need to create an account?
No. You share one link, respondents answer directly, no login, no app to download on their end.
